The fastest way to reach me
WhatsApp — tap the button on any page and the message is pre-filled for that activity. It's the quickest route to a quote and the easiest way to keep everything in one thread: questions, confirmed price, meeting point, skipper or driver details.
Email — fine for longer questions or if you're planning weeks ahead, but expect a slightly slower reply than WhatsApp. Either way, it's me answering, not an assistant and not a bot.
I keep one conversation thread per traveller, so everything we agree — dates, prices, meeting points, changes of plan — stays in one place you can scroll back to from the boat pier. No reference numbers, no tickets lost in an inbox, no repeating yourself to three different departments.
What to include in your first message
The more you tell me, the faster I can help. Ideal first message: which activity (or 'not sure yet, here's what we like'), your dates or rough window, how many of you (adults and children), and where you're staying. If you're asking about something weather-dependent — boats, sailing, zipline — give me a second-choice date if you have one; the bura wind is part of life here and flexibility is gold.
And if you simply want to know what's worth doing in your three free days, ask exactly that. It's my favourite question.
One request, in the spirit of honesty this site runs on: if your plans change after I've confirmed a booking, tell me as early as you can. Operators hold spots for me in good faith, and a day's notice keeps everyone — skippers, guides, and the next traveller waiting for your slot — happy.
What happens after you message me
The rhythm is simple. You send your dates and group size; I check live availability with the right operator — sometimes two, if your first choice is full — and reply with a confirmed price that already includes every fee I know about, from park tickets to docking charges. You say yes, I lock the booking, and you get the meeting point and any practical notes the day before.
If the weather or a sold-out park gets in the way, you hear it from me early, with an alternative attached. Nobody learns their boat is cancelled at the gangway on my watch.

WhatsApp messages are best — everything stays written down and unambiguous, including prices and fees. Once a booking is confirmed, voice calls are fine for day-of logistics.
