How do I book? Tap the WhatsApp button on any activity page — the message arrives pre-filled. I confirm availability and your exact price, and you're booked. No account, no card details on this site.
When do I pay? On the day, directly to the operator, in euros (Croatia uses the euro — no currency gymnastics needed). A few high-ticket bookings, like private charters in August, ask for a small deposit to hold the date — if so, I'll tell you clearly before you commit, and it's always paid to the operator, never to me.
Can I cancel? Life happens. Most activities can be moved or cancelled free with 24-48 hours' notice, and weather cancellations — the bura wind keeps everyone honest here — always mean a new date or a full refund. The exact policy is confirmed with your quote.
Fees, cash and the day itself
Park fees: Kornati National Park charges €16 per adult and €8 per child in 2026, collected in cash at boarding by most boat operators. Krka and Plitvice tickets are either included in your tour or bought separately — your quote says which. Always carry some euros in cash for fees, beach loungers and island konobas.
Meeting points: boat tours leave from Zadar's harbour; day trips pick up from hotels or central points. Your exact meeting point and time is confirmed the day before.
Safety: I only list operators with maintained equipment, licences and insurance. For licence-gated activities — quads (category B) and jet skis (boat licence) — bring the physical document; a photo won't do.
Seasons and timing
When does the season run? The full activity programme runs May to October, with July and August the busiest and most expensive. June and September are the insider months: warm water, open boats, thinner crowds. Winter is quiet — the old town tours run year-round, but the boats mostly sleep.
How far ahead should I book? For July and August, one to two weeks for private boats and Plitvice tours; a few days is enough for most group activities. In shoulder season, even next-day is often possible — but the best sunset slots always go first, whatever the month.

Yes — everything is agreed in writing before you commit: activity, date, meeting point and exact price including fees. You pay the operator on the day, so there's no payment risk in advance.
It depends on the activity — boats and buggies are often per vehicle, tours and lessons per person. Every price table on this site says which, and your WhatsApp quote spells it out again so there's no confusion.
Enough for the fees that are traditionally cash-only: the Kornati park fee (€16 adult / €8 child), docking fees on some tours (around €10 – €20), plus beach loungers, island lunches and tips. I flag every known cash extra in your quote.
Wind is the main player here — the bura can cancel boats and ziplines. If your activity is blown out, you choose a new date or a full refund. I watch the forecast and will proactively suggest the best day of your window.
